St. Joseph Ford Tractor was established in 1974 by Dean & Karen Habrock.

In 2000, Skyview Equipment in Hiawatha, Kansas was opened to serve customers in NE Kansas & SE Nebraska.

In 2016 Jarrod Whitson started with St. Joseph Tractor as the store manager. Through a partnership with the Habrocks, Jarrod & his wife Jennifer are now majority owners. They look to continue & grow what has been created & established by Habrocks for over 50 years.

In 2023 Skyview Equipment Distribution was created and operates from the dealership in Hiawatha, Ks. We are the exclusive distribution provider for Mainero products throughout the United States.

In 2024, the two dealerships aligned under one name and brand as Skyview Equipment. This allowed for an updated logo and marketing uniformity, while using a name that’s been part of the St. Joseph Tractor story for over 24 years. Skyveiw Equipment Distribution now operates under the name Mainero USA because we are the direct link to Mainero Manufacturing, providing equipment sales, parts & support specifically for U.S. equipment dealers and growers.
