DreamStart provides pre-construction design, site-readiness guidance, EPS panel pricing documentation and independent-GC handoff.  DreamStart does not manage field construction or act as the builder, general contractor or installer.  The property owner independently selects, contracts, pays, schedules and manages all field contractors.
