The Women's Leadership Group meets the fourth Monday of the month at various locations. The purpose is to empower, grow, and support the women of our community.
January Topic: Sharing Her Story: Tricia Steffes
Tricia Steffes is the founder of Crossing Arrows LLC, a clothing brand that empowers spirited girls through clothing. Passionate about children, she is using her children's clothing brand as a child advocacy platform to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.
Before devoting her work full time to Crossing Arrows, Tricia served as Founder of Elevate Fashions and is a ten-year finance veteran; most recently serving as Nonprofit Specialist at The Commerce Trust Company in the institutional and wealth management group. She received her MBA from Stephens College. In addition to being an entrepreneur and child advocate, Tricia devotes her time to her two daughter's, traveling and teaching financial literacy to women and children.
