Event Description: Join the Diplomats Club for a Groundbreaking ceremony for the Buchanan County Agri-Business Expo Center. The ceremony will be to ceremoniously break ground for the Missouri Highway 36 interchange. Missouri Director of Agriculture Richard Fordyce will give the keynote address.
