What happens when we focus on what is RIGHT with people? Is it true you’re only a leader if others follow you? Kay-lynne Taylor of MWSU’s Career Development Center, will offer concrete methods to maximize your team using Strengths Finder®. She will deliver strategies by illustrating ways the most effective leaders invest in strengths. Participants will learn why if they want to lead, it is critical to know the strengths of the people around them and the strengths they expect of their leader.
These box lunch seminars, held the second Tuesday of the month, focus on personal and professional development for members of the business community. $10 for members / $20 for general admission, includes lunch.
